When did Xiangnian establish?
Xiangnian Food Co., Ltd., established in 2008, is a Sino-foreign joint venture integrating the entire agricultural industry chain under the leadership of the “Xiangnian” brand. The company is headquartered in the core production area of fine wheat in the country, the canal head of the middle line of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, and the world geological park: Nanyang City, Henan Province.

The company currently has 24 noodle production lines and 3 flour production lines, with an annual processing of 386,000 tons of dried noodles and 438,000 tons of flour; in 2020, it will achieve an operating income of 1.95 billion yuan and a net profit of 188 million yuan.

Xiangnian Hot Dry Noodles owned “Monde Selection” Gold Quality Award

Stewed noodles is also called “Huimian” in China as well, a kind of noodles cooked with lamb bones soup ,hand made stewed noodles and variety kinds of seasoning, usually cooked soup at least five hours with Chinese herbs to get milkly broth and boiled pulled noodles.
The Longest Noodles In The World

when the Chinese Double Ninth Festival in 2017, the traditional Chinese festival to honour the elderly, Xiangnian organized the “World’s Longest Noodle” event to celebrate the day, which meant that we wanted to break the Guinness World Record for the longest noodles. The reason why we chose this date to celebrate and try to make the longest noodle is that it means “good luck” and “longevity” in Chinese culture. After 24.5 hours of making time, we broke the Guinness World Record for the longest noodles, reaching 3084.32 meters. In this event, we invited 99 elders and several foreign friends to witness the whole process and enjoy noodles in the world.
The incredible event attracted extensive media coverage at home and abroad, and it also sparked discussion and praise of Chinese food on Twitter following the People’s Daily’s report.
In addition to daily operations in recent years, the company’s efforts in social responsibility and fruitful results have been witnessed by the whole society. In addition, the company has also actively promoted product innovation and actively promoted the development of Chinese noodles in the hometown of traditional Chinese cuisine-braised noodles.
At present, several characteristic braised noodles including stewed beef bone noodles, stewed lamb bone noodles, fish and lamb stewed noodles and three delicacies stewed noodles have been developed. The soup base is made from real bone broth to restore the real braised noodle flavour.

On 21th, July 2021, Xingnian starts ”zero hunger action” with United Nations World Food Programme.
